Spyra Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website spyra.in and builds software applications for our clients and our own products, including Delego (hosted at delego.spyra.in). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to Spyra Labs applications that link to it, including Delego.

Information we collect on this website

spyra.in is a static informational website. It does not set cookies, run analytics, or use tracking technologies. We collect personal information here only when you choose to contact us — the contact form composes an email in your own mail app, so we receive exactly what you send: typically your name, email address, and message.

Information we collect in our applications

Some Spyra Labs applications, such as Delego, let you sign in with a third-party account such as Google. When you do, we receive only the basic profile information needed to create and secure your account:

• Your email address
• Your profile picture (if available)

We use this information solely to authenticate you, maintain your account, and provide the application’s features. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

Google user data

Where our applications access Google user data, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access only the scopes you approve on the Google consent screen, we do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the feature you requested, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice, and we never use it for advertising. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

Sharing
